First We Vacuum the Intake
The first thing we do is inspect the intake and supply vents and then we vacuum each intake, if there is a closet we vacuum this as well.
Next we Fog the Intake/Intakes
Utilizing a ULV Fogger, we introduce a natural disinfectant, thymol( the essential oil of the thyme herb), into the system intake/intakes to sanitize the entire duct system. The product we use kills every mold spore, bacteria and virus that it has ever been tested on.
Unlike poisons used by most of our competitors, this product is harmless to people and pets. No PPE(personal protective equipment) is necessary.
Then we vacuum and clean all the supply vents, Then we clean off any residue
This removes the loose particles that are sometimes vissible on the vents and sometimes is on the ceiling. We vacuum this as well.
At the End we Sanitize each room
This step is optional but is recommended. It is provided at no extra charge. Usually this service is sold by itself and is much more expensive!
